As a business owner, doing your own books at the end of a long day is the last thing you want to do. MONTHLY SERVICES
• Pull in transactions from bank accounts into the books and code appropriately
• Pull in credit card transactions & coded appropriately
• Post to accounts receivable and prepare and email out invoices as needed
• Post to accounts payable and pay bills as needed
• Reconcile bank & credit cards monthly
• Prepare the following reports monthly: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement and Accounts receivable aging report
• We work directly with your account at year end for taxes and to make sure they have everything they needQUARTERLY
• Quarterly financial reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement and Accounts receivable aging report that shows a full quarter (Statement of Owner's Equity upon request)ANNUALLY
• We work directly with your account quarterly and/or at year end for taxes and to make sure they have everything they need to complete your taxesQUICKBOOKS ONLINE
• Monthly fee subscription $80
• Free if you have your own subscription and you assign me a log in to your books

BOOKKEEPING TEIRS

Standard Small Business $400

Typical services included
• Transaction volume up to ~ 125/month
• Reconciliation of 2–3 bank/credit card accounts
• Accounts payable (bill entry & tracking)
• Accounts receivable (posting payments and tracking)
• Monthly financial statement package
• Basic journal entries
• Month end close

Growing / Mid Size Business $750/month

Typical services included
• Transaction volume up to ~250/month
• 3–5 bank & credit card reconciliations
• Full A/P & A/R management
• Journal entries & adjustments
• Monthly financial statement package
• Class coding
• Cleanup of current month issues

Extra's

Payroll
• $50–$150/month + per employee > Email for quote
Sales Tax & Quarterly Payroll Tax Filing
• $50–$200 per filing

EXTRA SERVICES

• Payroll through QuickBooks only ~ $100 per month plus $5 per employee
• Clean-up books ~ Organize books to make sure everything is coded correctly
a) $1800 for 1 year. Small Business, 1-2 bank accounts/credit cards, Under 100 transactions a month, No payroll or Inventory
b) $2800 for 1 year. More than 2 bank accounts/credit cards, mis-categorizations, bank reconciliations
• Set-up Books in QuickBooks desktop or Online ~ $300 one-time fee

What we are not >

We are not accountants. Believe it or not, that is a good thing. Accountants can be expensive and the best time to hire an accountant is for year-end along with your income taxes. So, let a bookkeeper do your day-to-day work and let an accountant to do your taxes. After all, you want to keep as expenses at a minimum.What we don’t do:
• Tax Returns
• Give tax advice
• Inventory
